How do I find the product I'm looking for? (Part 1)
Your POWER MALL is a lot like your local mall down the street. When you don't know which store carries the product you're looking for, you either look it up in the Directory or you go to the Information Booth to ask for help. That's just how your MPM INFORMATION BOOTH feature works. The person behind the counter may not be able to tell you where to find the exact item you are looking for by make and model, but they can tell you which stores are most likely to carry the product type. For example: if you are looking for Business Telephones, our INFORMATION BOOTH would be able to recommend several stores that carry Business Telephone systems. At that point, simply click on the store of your choice. Once inside, most have directories and search capabilities within their store that will help you find the exact telephone system you are looking for. 

How do I find the product I'm looking for? (Part 2)
The Information Booth is only one way to find the items you are looking for. Your PRODUCT SEARCH feature is another. Say you’re looking for a specific product like a Panasonic 4 Line Digital Wireless Telephone System. Your PRODUCT SEARCH feature can help. Just enter the keywords of the product you’re looking for like “Panasonic Wireless Telephone” or “Wireless Telephone.” We’ll show you all the products, prices and pictures of stores that carry that item. You can even search by SKU or Part Number. It’s a powerful tool with an on-line help to guide you the first couple times - then you’ll find it a snap to use. We are proud of this cutting-edge technology that will make your Power Mall the first place you go when you want to purchase something!

How can I find a specific store?

Easy - just enter the first few letters of the store name in your STORE SEARCH feature. The store icon will pop up along with the % or cash rebate they offer. Just click on the link and you’ll be taken directly to your store of choice.

If I’m from Canada or France or ??? can I shop and earn rebates too?

Yes. Go to your online mall site, scroll down and locate Ship To Country in the lower left navigation menu and click on your country to find stores that ship their products or that you can download a service from.  It will take anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes (depending on your ISP service).  Check with each store for details. Or you can use Mail & Package forwarding. There is additional cost involved, but they forward packages anywhere in the world. Go to: AccessUSA (www.myus.com) to set up an account. We are working on adding them to our Mall so you can receive rebate checks. Please check your mall first. Rebate checks will be in U.S. funds, sent to the address of your choice.

If I go to a store from my mall, then follow a link from that store to a different store, will I still get credit for my shopping?

No, in order for you to get credit for any shopping, you must link to the store from your mall. The reason for this is that in order for us to get credit for a sale, we create a special URL with our ID and your MPM ID imbedded in it. If you link from one store to another store, all that special coding is lost and we both lose credit for the sale.

I got an email from a store with a product I want. Will I get credit for the sale if I click on their link?

Sorry, but no. The only way to earn a rebate from your MPM is to shop on your MPM. Merchants often send specials to you directly once you’ve purchased from them. If you find that annoying, simply unsubscribe from their mailing list. But if you find a product or a discount they offer interesting, go directly to the store through your POWER MALL. (Make a note of any codes they list in the email.) You’ll get the same great deal, same great service but you’ll earn an extra rebate at the same time. Your POWER MALL is your ticket to a discount on everything you buy.

Is shopping at your site secure?
Yes. Each of our merchants offers safe and secure shopping. You can always tell you are in a secure site by looking at the site address. If it starts with “https:” then you know you’re safe. The added “s” is your security indicator.


I'm uncomfortable providing my credit card information over the Internet. May I order any other way?The most stringent security measures are followed to ensure that your credit card information is always safe. All of our vendors offer Security Guarantees and individual payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can always tell you are in a secure site by looking at the site address. If it starts with “https:” then you know you’re safe. The added “s” is your security indicator. We encourage you to check their Web sites for details and alternative payment options. Please note that when using alternate payment methods, you need to specify that your purchase should generate an affiliate fee.

How much money is generated from my shopping?
The money generated from every purchase varies according to the store. Each Merchant lists the exact % or $ amount they will pay out on purchases made through your POWER MALL. We list the amount paid from every store. The % you receive will be determined by the Tier level on which it is purchased, and whether you have a Personal or Business Mall. Regardless, that information will be listed for you. We provide Business Reports to show you the purchase amounts for you (Personal Mall) or your team (Business Mall), as well as the commissions you will receive. You will never have to just wonder.


Do I have to start my shopping from MY POWER MALL?
Yes. In order for you to get credit, the purchases you make must be made from your own MPM. We encourage you to add your POWER MALL to your "Favorites" and come back often. Every dollar you spend will build your financial freedom! We’ll help you by sending regular Hot Shopping Alerts to help you save money while you make it.

How do I get Rebate Income from my purchases?
Simply be sure to do your shopping through your POWER MALL. You can be sure every purchase is tracked and paid on. You know you are in your own POWER MALL because your name will be at the top.
 
When will I receive my Rebates?
Checks are sent to us by the Mall merchants on a monthly basis, 45-60 days in arrears. This allows the merchant time to report merchandise returns. MPM issues checks on the 25th of each month.  It will take close to 2 months for your first rebate check to arrive but once they start coming, you should receive monthly checks – assuming you and your Rebate Team are shopping.  At our member’s request, MPM does not send checks for amounts less than $25.00. If an account has less than $25.00 at the end of the month, the funds will carry over each month until $25.00 accrues.

While you are waiting for your first check you’ll be able to go into your Business Reports and view the shopping activity of your team.

What if I have a problem with my order?Contact the orders or customer service department of the merchant. Each of our merchants has met strict criteria of quality and customer service to be qualified for inclusion in MY POWER MALL.

If I make a purchase from a store before they are part of the MPM Network of stores, why can't I get credit for that purchase?
Unfortunately, only those purchases made AFTER the store joined the MY POWER MALL count. Payment can only be made after MPM makes an agreement with the merchant to rebate a percentage of your purchase to us.


What percentage from each purchase comes back as a Rebate?

Each merchant offers their own percentage or dollar amount “affiliate fee.” They will range anywhere from 2% to 50%. When you click on a category or search the Mall, the stores that will show first in the search results are the ones that give the highest cash back – meaning the most money will come back to you through your team. We encourage you to shop these stores – allowing you to more quickly create financial freedom.


Will I pay more for things because I am buying through MY POWER MALL?

Happily, No. You will find the prices in the Mall to be comparable with, or less, than you would find them elsewhere. Merchants are able to offer the % to MPM because you are doing the advertising work for them – allowing them to keep their prices competitive through their Online Stores. The buying power of many MY POWER MALL shoppers will generate tremendous deals.

Can anyone make purchases on this Mall?

Yes, but it would be much better if you just invited your friends and family to have their own Mall. You will make more from their shopping if they are part of your team with their own MPM, and they will have the opportunity to build their own financial freedom as well.
 
How do I know I will receive my Rebates?

MY POWER MALL fully complies with all relevant laws and statutes.  The entire team at MPM is committed to helping you create financial freedom. We also provide reports you will be able to access 24/7 that show you the shopping through your entire team and the Rebate dollars being generated. 

 
Can anybody join MY POWER MALL?

We welcome anyone with a desire to create financial freedom. Our only criterion is that someone have a Social Security #. We realize most teenagers shop online and we want them to have the ability to create financial freedom while they are still young, have money to go to college, etc. We also want you to have the freedom to set up a Mall for your young child, grandchild, etc. You can build financial freedom for them - with them helping every step of the way when they are old enough. Since our system is Free, and so simple to build, we gladly open our doors to anyone!

When I join MY POWER MALL, how long will it take for me to have my Mall?

Your Business Center and Shopping Mall will be created instantly - giving you the ability to shop during your first visit with us, as well as giving you instant access to all the tools you’ll need to build your business quickly.


How does a store become part of MY POWER MALL?

As you can imagine, we have many stores that would like to have access to MY POWER MALL members. Click Here for a document that contains all the information you will need.

 

Why do I have to have my cookies enabled?

We have found that some of our shoppers do not have their Cookies Feature turned on.  When shopping on your mall it is mandatory to have all Cookie Features turned on.  All affiliate shopping is tracked via account coding.  The account coding consists of three parts - the MPM Corporate Account Code, the Store Account Code (including the banner link from the mall) and the Mall Shopper’s individual Account code.
 

Please take the time to go into your Internet Browser and ensure the Cookies are turned on by following the instructions listed below.


IE6 is the primary browser used by all PC users and that is the browser used for the instructions outlined below. Note the IE6 Browser has two separate areas in which to activate the Cookies features.

 

In other I-Net browsers you may have one or both of the two options outlined below in similar places.  If you can’t find it in your browser, then click on the Help Key in your I-Net Toolbar and type in Cookies in the search box.

 

Instructions for Enabling Cookie Feature with IE 6 Browser

First tab to check ….
Open your Internet Browser
In the Toolbar:
Click on Tools,
Click on Internet Options,
Click on Advanced tab,
Go to Browsing section and scroll down until you find Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) and click on the box before it
Click the Apply button at the bottom of the popup window screen and then
Click the OK button at the bottom of the popup window screen.
Restart your machine and any shopping you do will be tracked.

From your Internet Browser Toolbar:
Click on Tools

Privacy tab
Advanced button

You will now see a popup window called Advanced Privacy Settings and a section titled Cookies

Underneath Cookies you see a box with Override automatic cookie handling.  If the box is not checked and you are having troubles with the stores tracking your sales, then …

Click on the box before Override automatic cookie handling
Next go to First-party Cookies
Click on the radio button for Accept
Then go to Third-party Cookies
Click on the radio button for Accept
Click on the box Always allow session cookies
Click OK and the box will close
Click Apply in the next open popup box.
